Children below 13 years of age are discouraged from visiting the patient floors.
For control purposes and to prevent infection, patients confined in special units
such as Intensive Care Units and Recovery Rooms, are allowed to have only one visitor
at any given time. Bringing of pillows and blankets is not allowed.
For private rooms, a patient may have a maximum of one family member during the
night. For semi-private and ward, no family member can stay in the room.
Pets are not allowed.
Bringing of liquor/alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited.
Firearms are not allowed.
Morning: 10:00 am to 11:00 am
Evening: 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
ICU: 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
CCU: 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm
CTVS-ITU: 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm
For private rooms, you can have a maximum of one family members during the night.
For semi-private & ward, no family member can stay in the room.
Our housekeepers will clean your room daily. We also encourage staff and visitors
to practice waste segregation. For your convenience, amenities will be provided
but please be reminded that they are not souvenirs.

Guards are stationed at strategic entry points to provide assistance and guidance
to you, your family and guests. As a security measure, all guests are screened for
identification. |

Transact business only with authorized employees wearing proper hospital identification. |

We also have an active Infant Protection Plan in place to ensure the safety of infants
confined at The Mission Hospital. For more information regarding the Infant Protection
Plan, please inquire from the attending nurses. |
